Town Line LLC, the new owners of Pitcairn Place, also known as 165 Township Line Road, are moving ahead with the newest plans for the 8 acre property adjacent to the Jenkintown-Wyncote Train Station. The property was previously owned by Joss Realty. The current plan proposes the construction of a three story building known as Pitcairn 3, with 50 residential units and one retail unit. The building will be erected where a parking lot and wooded area currently exist. A 79 space ground level parking area under the new building is also proposed.
